I spoke with Baja after being on hold 40 minutes and they told me to fax them a letter and a copy of my receipt and the bike's vin number.
i faxed the letter 2x to make sure they got it. Baja told me to call back in 24 hours to make sure they got the fax. Low and behold they did not get the fax. I faxed again today 4x and I just called them again, on hold again 45 minutes.
Now they are saying they had a power outage and that is why they must have not received my fax. I said the gentleman I spoke with this morning never told me that. He immediately changed the subject.
Still going on about how they are working with 3 different countries and how busy they are.
Unbelievable, if anyone reads this, please do not buy any Baja Bikes from any store in the US.
Now the man I am speaking with is stalling me trying to find my account. This is unbelievable. I will take this bike back to Pep Boys and throw it in there window if I do not get any help here.
