I purchased a Baja 150cc Scooter in 12/31/07.It is now 11/21/08 and I still don't have a title. They sent me a title last week but the title was made out to Pep Boys,so I guess they are the owners of my scooter now.The scooter was no assembled properly,I had to buy a new battery because the one that was in it was worthless.I called about he title and e-mailed as well and still nothing..so I e-mailed the Attorney General in Texas and Arizona as well as the BBB in Texas and Arizona.I also e-mailed Pep Boys and told them about the situation.I told them to stick to what they do which is sell parts and stay out of the scooter business it is not their forte.I suggest that you all do the same,I will keep you all updated. It is a worthless piece of crap. They pissed me of royaly..
