The shipping department sent me two orders of the same invoiced parts request.They denied any mistake on their end.They charged my credit card without authorization.Then they demanded that I send the parts back and only after receiving them would be due a refund.Sounds simple right?Well ,after about eight months and several calls to the company,not to mention being put on hold for hours,I finally got a promise to send a refund check.Still waiting for my money.Buyer beware of the incompetence of Baja Motorsports customer service.Let's not leave out they asked me to go back in my bank records 8 months to prove the overcharge and then have a statement sent from my banking establishment.

Monetary Loss: $100.
